Fitness Tip of the Week: Get a Stability Ball

Stay on the ball when it comes to your fitness!

If there is one piece of equipment that everyone should own, it is definitely the STABILITY BALL! It is affordable, has multiple benefits, and most importantly; it allows for over 50 different exercises that can give you a full body workout.




I know you are probably rolling your eyes thinking there is no way I am going to sit at my desk on one of those balls. But…just think about how much it will help your posture, your CORE, and even your breathing. Yes, when you develop a stronger CORE, your breathing improves. Pretty awesome right? The other benefit, you can store it in your apartment or house and incorporate multiple exercises into your workout routine using this ball. When you use the stability ball during a workout you are not only targeting one particular muscle, but usually a lot more, so again another awesome attribute. For example: plank on the stability ball…chest press on the stability…and my favorite leg curl on the stability ball.
